I am sure that both of you have been wondering where I have been.  Or maybe you thought I gave up sewing and crafting.  Well, I am not sure where I have been, but I have been busy.  Here are a few things that I have done since I last checked in...

My new purse for fall. (not the best picture, but you get the idea)

A new cape for a birthday boy...
A finished bag by my sewing student...
and a cape that my dear daughter told me she needed.
Oh, and I also finished this little quilt.  Better pictures to come when it goes in my ETSY shop!
I will try to post a little sooner next time!

WIP No More!

I have had this quilt in my pile to finish for months.  In my defense, I know the imperfections and wondered how I could redeem it.  Since the lines aren't quite straight, I was a little concerned how it would look with the binding.  Well, it still is not straight, but it is not as glaring as I envisioned.  Now, what to do with it?

My Monday

Monday's are my day to catch up.  Seems that weekend activities make staying home all the more needed.  I did, however, finish up some crafts and photograph some already finished ones this weekend.  I also took some time to play with Willie G. a little more.

Here is the quilt I made for my mom for her b-day and mothers' day.  It is made with flannel shirts from my grandfather, who passed away earlier this year.

This is a carseat canopy that was a special order.  The criteria was camo and moose.  I just fell in love with this guy!

Oh, and here is a picture of my little guy, who wanted his picture taken while I was taking some others.

Batting & Backing & Binding

Oh my!
Here is my finished Cafe' Baby quilt
I quilted in between the windows on the front and did 1/4 inch lines on the outside polka-dots.  Leaving the teal un-quilted because I did not want to make it hard to read.  I love the way this turned out.

I love you the yellowest

This quilt is for blessing #3, whom I love the yellowest.
